Failure to deliver product as paid for
They sold me a product that they refuse to give me because their phone thing doesn't work that you verify your stuff with and their tied up my money transaction is still pending. My bank will not release it I can't file anything because of it.
That company is fraudulent does not deserve to be in business it does not tell you it ties you up all day none of that. Anyone who goes on that service right now will find that when you go to verify phone information that you have to touch a little recorder thing when you do it goes off as soon as you touch it so therefore you cannot verify your stuff that way PC wins but they picked me wrong old lady. I have never seen a company be so low down in my entire life. I have sent over 12 of those submit things to get my money back they refused even acknowledge it or answer it.
To anyone out there please do not do business with PC game supply they are fraudulent company they're going to tie up your money you're not going to get what you pay for and they're not going to have the decency to even explain it to you. They feel they do not owe you an explanation. I went through them because I knew I heard of them before I thought they were a good company I needed an Apple gift card for my granddaughter's birthday and this is the *** I have to go through. You can type in all your information you give my credit card and then they don't question that no ma'am soon as you give me your credit card that's fine they have no need to verify you.
The same to me you if you were that worried about verifying someone you would have done it before they give you a credit card cuz they could have stole that credit card you don't know. But they wait till they get your money tied up d then they go this one when we need to make sure it's really you I mean you're on the phone that you gave us you gave us your credit card information we will trust that that's legit we just won't trust that you live where you say you live this is the most useless lying piece of crap company I have ever seen in my entire existence
